AThis beautiful, big house is located in Orihuela Costa near Playa Flamenca, zona La Zenia. Very quiet area, good for joging and long walks.The house has a little private garden with tropical plants and palm tree.On the urbanization there is a two swimming pools for the guests.There is a supermarket 2 minutes away on foot. The house is bright airy and very modern and very well presented. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance at the commercial centre Via Park. These include home from home "Spud Murphys" for premium fish and chips and Madissons Sports Bar to watch the match. Also within walking distance are two Chinese restaurants, Ghandi's Indian and Puccini's Italian.About a 40 min walk to the recommended Nautilus restaurant overlooking the sea at Punta Prima.The swiming pool on site is fantastic and perfect for all families.Close by there is a "Mercadona" supermarket.To the beach is 700m. There is a good choice of restaurants and bars to choose from not far from the house.
