The price list, is the price for whole apartment. Max 4, 5, 6 or 8 people in apartment. The price list for the remaining properties: houses, villas you will find here:  Houses, villas, apartments.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• check-in from 3.PM
• check-out until 12.AM

Minimum stay is 7 days.

• we very strongly suggest a minimum 14 days stay in our apartments, because of the huge amount of tourist attractions in the surrounding area, and time for relaxation on the beach.
• if you plan to stay more then 3 weeks in low season (from October until May) we offer discounts.
• if you want to rent an apartment for a period more then 2 months please ask for additional information.
• if you want to extend your holiday in the apartment please contact us min. 3 days before your departure to let us check up, if the apartment is available.

Insurance by yourself. Self catering apartments.

• close to each apartment are good restaurants, pizzerias, grocery shops, supermarket "Mercadona" ,"Lidl", "Eroski", "Carrefour", "Aldi"
• in each apartment fully equipped kitchen (oven, big fridge, plates, pots, kitchen's utensils and washing machine)
• Car park on the urbanization or in the garden.
• Please contact us beforehand, if you want to take your pet with you. In some apartments there are restrictions.

Additional costs to pay on arrival:

• Deposit in case of demages to the property 150euro
• Final cleaning: 30,40 or 50 € (depends of the size of property, see description of each apartment)
• Bed linen: Include the price
• Electricity: Include the price
• Air condition: Include the price
